We had a new addition built by On the Spot, which we have turned into our new dining room! Our Project Manager, Chris, ensured that all aspects of the work was done meticulously, as if the workers were building the addition for their own homes. Chris was there to handle the vast majority of inspections from our town and address any questions/concerns the inspector had. The new addition has become the focal point of our house, and we are very happy with how it turned out. Kudos to On the Spot sub-contractors and to Chris for making that happen.
John and his team's work is exceptional. John has a standard of excellence that's second to none; we contracted John to do a full closet conversion as well as external door replacements and we are so happy with the results. The craftsmanship is vividly clear in his work and it makes all the difference in the world. John's pricing is fair and the results are well worth it.
