We decided it was time for a whole house renovation, and these guys made it completely stress-free. They listened to our ideas and turned them into a beautiful custom home remodeling project that fits us perfectly. The design team had great suggestions that improved the flow of our open floor plan. The remodel was done on time and the quality build shows in every room. I’d recommend them to anyone planning a residential remodel.
Miri, Ofir, Jay and Freddy. Thanks for the great job remodeling our condo. The finished product is much appreciated by our real estate client. We look forward to a continuous renos on the coming months and year.
Looks like my experience is the outlier, and it is unfortunate that I have to leave this review. I had a general contractor from Overall Renovation come by on Tuesday to provide us with an estimate for various repairs. After his inspection, he commented that these are “small jobs“, and said he would provide us with an estimate. One of the issues is a leaking master aquatherapy bathtub, which he glanced at, without even getting under the tub to see where the leak was. I’ve been following up daily to see if I could get a written estimate, but have yet to receive one. Yesterday, the receptionist said that the estimate was $5000 for “everything” but after 24 hours I’ve again yet to receive a written estimate despite their verbal one. It is now Friday evening. Not sure what the issue is. Job too small? Too busy? Regardless, our experience with Overall Renovation has been poor and unprofessional. We will be looking elsewhere.
