Joe came to our home November 7th 2024 to review our master bathroom remodel. He said it would take two weeks to turn around a quote. Its now January 12th and my wife and wonder if we’ll ever receive one. I messaged him a few times and he responded that he was really busy, but I never heard back. Shame because I get the vibe he takes pride in his work. He certainly posts it all over his social media. Oh well!
Joe at Modern Room Remodels went above and beyond our expectations. His communication was spot on from our first meeting for an estimate to scheduling the work through completion. He was upfront with his scheduling and met the timing he promised. My wife and I remodeled our kitchen a few years ago but never finished our backsplash and finally decided on a mosaic pattern that made it complicated due to our layout. Joe and his project manager Greg were meticulous in planning the layout during the installation which had areas tiled up to the ceiling while also working around multiple windows cabinets, and a stove hood. MRR was super professional and very clean, and even fixed a few tiles in our bathroom shower/floor while they were here. I will absolutely use them again in the future for our next remodel project and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Highly recommend them for your home remodel and tiling needs.
