Machi and Ohad were excellent in the process for replacing our wood fence with a new vinyl fence and 2 gates. Our old fence and gates were rotted and broken. The demo/removal and installation process was fast and thorough. The crew showed up and completed the job in 2 days and beat the rain! Machi and Ohad were professional, communicated very well and were kind in all phases of the project.

It is overwhelming and intimidating to start a home project no matter how big or small the project is. From the onset of the process, the consultation, I could already tell that Concierge Home Remodeling is a company to be trusted. Matt, my Project Manager was very kind, understanding, honest, respectful and knowledgeable. Matt patiently walked me through the process and referred me to specialty vendors (tile, plumbing, cabinetry) that helped me decide what I was looking for. There were no pressure to purchase from any specific vendor. Matt made sure he checked in during each stage of the process to ensure that my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The Concierge staff who were part of my remodel were all hardworking and skilled. From Matt, to Lisa (Finance) to Caesar (Contractor) and his crew, my bathroom remodel was completed the way I envisioned and in a timely manner, despite some minor drawbacks, not to Concierge's fault (bathtub was delivered damaged and had to wait a week for a replacement). Matt, Caesar and crew were efficient with their time and my project was completed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Matt and Concierge.
