Omri, our main contact, was an excellent listener and clearly knew his craft, which gave us a lot of confidence as our project grew from a small job into a six-figure renovation. Lauren was also a huge help on the administrative side, guiding us to financing options that kept our out-of-pocket costs low. When the city unexpectedly required permits, ReModelMe walked us through every step. Even with that delay, they got us back on track and finished the work in impressive time. I did a project with RemodelMe after I had a leak in my guest bathroom pipes. My project manager Eline came over right away, always answered my calls right away even after work hours and in the weekend. I struggled making some decisions on design, and she helped me and gave me many options. She helped me find tiles, tub, etc and sent me links to some suggestions and had my budget in mind too. She was such a great loving person and was always caring, and really knew what she was dealing with. I was going through a lot at the time and was super stressed and she was there to deal with me and worked with me. They were super fast, worked here full days. It took less than two weeks to do my shower. Everything came out perfect. When we finished it was water on the carpet behind my two bathrooms, and even after they had finished and tested that everything was fine with the bathroom they did, they came out right away to make sure everything with their work was good. She and the plumber came out and tested it and showed me everything was fine with what they did. They tested and showed me that the tiles from my other bathroom has a hole and that water is coming out to the wall behind. One leaking bathroom is done, and now i will be doing my other one with them too soon.
