Great customer service and workmanship on a difficult job. Had a door installed that was in a difficult position and required some custom molding work. Install was on schedule and has a permanent look and feel. Lock install was perfect.
I relied on reviews to select this company so I am not sure why we had such a bad experience. We contracted on September 2, 2025 to have an entry door and storm door replaced. We were told by the salesperson it would take 4 to 6 weeks. It seems all contractors use a company that holds a monopoly manufacturing these doors. Well, it took 3 months. We were never contacted to keep us informed of a status and it was us who had to contact the company to find out what was going on. Even if there was a backlog, someone should of contacted us. It was then that the Morris Renovations contacted the manufacturer. Not much for customer service. We were told they had problems with the size? and it would be delivered Nov 20th. We got a date of December 3rd, but got a call the day before that the job was rescheduled to the 4th due to the weather (?). Actually, the 3rd was a sunny day with 46 degrees and 10MPH wind. The job was done on December 4th, in 30 degree weather that felt like 23, and 23MPH winds. It took 7 hours to complete. The job seems fine up to now, but, the workers were not careful with the frame and left both sides with scratches and stains. We will have to have the frame re-painted. Not acceptable for a $4000 job. Unfortunately, it was getting dark and we did not notice the stains and scratches until the next day. We were just happy to have the job completed after 3 months of waiting and having no door during the day on a freezing day. Best of luck to other customers
This is my third time using Morris rennovation, and they continue to impress. From the start, Charles made the process easy—he’s never pushy and always works hard to provide a quality product while helping keep costs down. The installation team, led by Vladamere, was outstanding. He’s incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their customers and won’t stop until you’re completely satisfied. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for any future projects!
