Sparta Trades was exactly what we were looking for and better than we could have imagined for our complete kitchen renovation. Chet and Robin coordinated and communicated everything from start to finish and stuck to the schedule they provided. They maximized the utility of our limited space with a beautiful design. Rich handled the demo, flooring, cabinets, tile, and more. We were very impressed by his craftsmanship and attention to detail, and he was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using Sparta Trades for our bathroom renovation next!

I am very pleased with the work Sparta Trades did on my recent bathroom remodel. We had a very old bathroom, and along with that comes many complications and details to be sorted out. Chet and Robin did a fantastic job guiding me through the entire process, pointing out all the details that would be important to consider with a renovation like this. The showroom was large and had so many great options for each part of the bathroom. It really helped to consider my options and see what everything looked like in person. My experience with Rich and his team was very satisfactory. My bathroom was completely gutted and remodeled from the ground up. Attention to detail is very important to me, and Rich did an immaculate job. He is a very knowledgeable contractor and I was impressed at his ability to tackle each job without cutting corners or rushing through. Even with a few “old bathroom” issues that were bound to pop up, the team was timely and kept to their original schedule, and finished on time, which was important to me because this was our only full bathroom and we didn’t want to be without it for too long. Rich and his team were very respectful of my home, showed up exactly on time every morning, and took time to thoroughly clean up at the end of each day. Robin and Chet were excellent at communicating with me about what to expect each day of the renovation, and were quick to answer all email or phone calls. You really feel like your renovation is their number one priority. Every day I admire the quality job done on my home and I am so happy that I chose to work with Sparta Trades.

Sparta Trades transformed my tired, 1952 ranch into a smart, bright and up-to-date 2008 model home. Upgrades ran the gamut from new windows and doors to new plumbing, electrical and insulation. The kitchen was completely transformed with all new cabinets, a vaulted ceiling and Palladian window. An old double-hung side window was replaced with a beautiful Anderson sliding door that opens onto a new mahogany deck, 18’ x 18’. An old kitchen radiator was replaced with radiant heat in the floor. The front wall of the living room was pushed out 5’ giving us much needed space for entertaining family and friends. Wall-to-wall carpet was removed revealing the original hardwood floors that were beautifully refinished. Internal walls were moved which allowed a small powder room to become a full in-suite bath. Whole house AC was installed and cast iron baseboard heat was refurbished. Steps to the front entrance were removed and replaced with a grade-level walkway to the front door. The brick chimney was refaced with stone and the aluminum siding replaced with new vinyl around the whole house. Extensive drainage work eliminated a damp basement. The best part of all, though, was that Sparta Trades handled everything so that we did not have to worry about whom to hire, when to schedule the work, and how to deal with surprises (and there are always surprises). We knew we were in good hands. We are so happy with the result.
