She offered a free home estimate for the next day. 😀 Kerrie Broadway was on time as scheduled. 👍She is beyond excellent with her presentation & examples of the bathroom products we were looking for. Throughly explained everything in detail with products, price, availability & technicians experience. Kerrie is very knowledgeable with the products she's selling with/for the company. She is one of the BEST sales people I've ever dealt with especially for my home updates. Looking forward to getting this bathroom shower completed. The 2 installers were Ken (with many years experience w/installs) & Dominic (assistant to Ken).... they were both excellent. Very detailed with removal of old tub/tiles & install of new shower walls, plumbing & fixtures. Carefully covered all flooring from front door to bathroom before & cleaned up everything after job was done. Most polite, mannerly, kind, thorough, careful & detailed workers.
I had my father’s shower replaced today by Bath Pros TR. They did a great job…it’s not cheap but high quality and they ripped everything down to studs, Ken and Dom were great, they showed up on time (8am) and were done before 3pm. Clean, neat, and very good guys. I was amazed by how much they got done in such a small time. Thank you…it was worth the price. Before and after pictures below.
Our new shower is beautiful - we love it! The sales rep, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The installers, Ken, Dom, and Tony were terrific! They took everything down to the studs. They were very neat, worked hard, kept us informed, made sure things were installed to our requests (shelves, shower head height, etc). Ken is the best of the best!!! A true expert in his field (install, plumbing)! Ken is a real asset to Bathroom Pros. We were lucky to have this install team!
