I went into this without a clue as to the costs, the process, any of it. Adam looked over everything and advised me on the best course of action, brought samples of everything and let me take my time. He explained how it would all work, sometimes two or three times, until he knew I understood. At contract time, Adam, again, went over everything step-by-step to ensure I knew what I would be getting. He even advised on the best of payment plan. The man has this process down cold and shows great patience and care in going through everything. Looking forward to the installation. Oh, and I have a second bathroom waiting in the wings. Adam will be my first call when that time comes.
