We hired Modern Renovations to remodel our bathroom and laundry area, and we’re extremely happy with the results. The project timeline was clearly planned and well-organized from the start, and everything stayed on schedule. With the exception of a few hiccups due to unforeseen water damage from years ago that was discovered only after demo. Communication was great throughout the process, and the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Their design ideas were better than anything I could have come up with myself. The quality of workmanship is excellent — clean finishes, great attention to detail, and a beautiful final outcome. Highly recommend!
