From start to finish, Shugarman‘s Bath was great! Excellent customer service, in contact whenever you needed them… Kept me informed about the process from ordering to completion and Tony was amazing. He had a lot to deal with in my bathroom and finished everything for the first shower in one day, staying longer to make sure he could finish it, and then finishing the second shower install the next day and everything is perfect. He even came back to readjust a showerhead that I wanted to switch out. I highly recommend Shugarmans.
We had such an amazing experience with Shugarman! And fun fact, we only spoke to live people AND ALL our questions were answered! We recently redid our bath for my disabled uncle so that he could be easily rolled into the shower. It may not be the aesthetic that most people desire, but it is what we needed for him to be comfortable and they accommodated. Our sales person Jeff was quick to answer questions and get the ball rolling with measurements and we were quoted an 8-10 week timeline. We were very fortunate in that our materials came in sooner, HOA approval was handled and we had a new shower a few weeks before the expected timeline! It took 1 1/2 days to install and we couldn’t be happier! Due to our condos build, Tony (who is amazing by the way) had to redo some of the piping. That is one reason why we chose Shugarman as not only do they install, but they are remediator’s and plumbers so any issues that happened behind the walls were covered and let’s be honest that’s the scariest part. We never know what lives back there. The attention to detail from Tony and his team were beyond our expectations. We are so happy we chose this “family business.” Can’t wait to refer all our friends!
