When I say five stars, I mean 10 stars. We had an insurance issue regarding the roof and siding with a timeline and Homeland was up to the challenge. The team that Dan put together was amazing. They were neat, professional and had a great attention to detail. There were weather challenges that they had to work through and they did it beautifully. A fair price was quoted and he stood by it with no variances. The owner Dan was on top of things as was his site manager. I can't say enough good things about the company, quality of workmanship and attention to detail. This is a highly recommended company.
Dan and his company were an absolute delight to work with. The attention to detail and quality of work are amazing. They were not only Respectful, but, Very Neat, and Efficient. I can't thank Dan and his crew enough for the transformation of our new bathroom. They really went above and beyond with their work. When I reached out to Homeland Remodeling, he was very quick at responding, and scheduling an appointment to come over and provide a quote. I had informed him the bathroom had not been upgraded probably since the early 80s, and we were suffering from a black mold issue. I informed Dan I am expecting my first child August 23rd, and he made sure our bathroom was done before he was born. He mentioned he would make sure my project was next in line to complete, given the circumstances, which I was so appreciative of. The paperwork process was smooth and easy, and he made Applying to the bank for a loan smooth and easy as well. Do not hesitate to reach out to him with any repairs he specializes in on your home. As embarassed as I am to show what my old bathroom looked like, that is the past, and you can clearly see why I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend reaching out to Dan.
